We have a silly, adventurous, outdoorsy family and we live on a big farm. Let us tell you more!

About Us

Kayla & Tyler met in 2018, married in 2020 (during the pandemic!), and adopted our son Beaux in 2023.

Since being together, we went back to college, completed our degrees, moved 5 times, adopted a baby and started a farm. It's been a whirlwind of adventure and we're excited to see where the road leads next. Our little son has been the greatest of all blessings without comparison. When he was 10 months old, Kayla left her career in research to stay home full time. Tyler works as a Physical Therapy Assistant and is excited every day to come home to see his family. We have never been able to have biological children, but we always hoped to adopt. Amazingly, that is how the story has played out. We hope as you learn about us, you will see how much we love Beaux and how very much we will love whatever baby we are able to adopt as his little sibling.

Home Sweet Home

This year, we took the leap of starting our first homestead/farm.

We live on 32 acres, right across the street from one of Kayla's life-long besties - who also adopted a son this year! We have dogs, chickens, goats, rabbits, pigs, and cows on our farm. Watching Beaux explore, throw rocks, pick flowers, and chase chickens is priceless. The stars out here are pretty awesome too. Kayla's family all live within about 30 minutes of us, and Tyler's live a couple hours away, mostly all in south TX.
