Well hello there! We are Dionis and Bethany!

Right off the top, we just want to say that we are so grateful that you are taking the time to get to know us. We understand that this is a huge, and very brave, decision you are making. As you read about our family, even the families of others, we hope that you would find yourself surrounded by peace and comfort. From the bottom of our hearts, we want to express that we are so grateful that you might consider us to potentially be the parents of the beautiful life you are carrying. This must be a huge decision for you, and we do not take it lightly!

We will be praying for you, and believing in you, as you navigate difficult decisions ahead. Our hope is that this journey toward adoption may lead our path to intersect with yours. If that becomes the case, we greatly look forward to the gift of loving your child, as well as continuing to know and grow in relationship with you.

About Us

We have known each other for 20 years now but have been married for 10 of those.

What began as just a high school, youth group friendship turned into an even more beautiful relationship as we fell in love and decided we wanted to be together forever. We have many common passions and interests that overlap, as well as some more individual passions. Dionis is a youth pastor and loves BMX biking and working on cars. Bethany is a worship pastor and loves singing, making music and good food as well as hanging out with the youth group that Dionis oversees. Both of us are passionate about the local Christian church, as well as going on walks, playing card games, and finding amazing new local restaurants. We love traveling too and have plans for many upcoming adventures.

Home sweet home!

We love our home, and have lived in it for just over 3 years together. It's a place of warmth, love, music, and good food, filled with friends and family.

We live less than a mile from two of Bethany's sisters and their families, as well as very close to her parents and other siblings. Dionis' parents and siblings and their families are also in the local area and we see both families frequently. We have monthly extended family dinners and regularly drop by to see family spontaneously. Our cat, Walter, has been apart of our family for 8 years now, and he is a sweet playful tabby who loves to be around people. The area we live is a vibrant city with lots to do! We live near a waterfront that has a variety of restaurants, parks and views as well as tons of new development.

Family Traditions

• Weekly date night: We go find a fun restaurant and play cards. Once a month we try to do a bigger excursion like a concert / show / get away!

• Christmas tree hunt: Every Black Friday we take the whole day to go with family and cut down our Christmas trees. It's our families favorite day of the year.

• Christmas Eve: We stay up late and eat Chinese food after church services
